I was raised in an environment where men lead and women follow. I felt that my love for God meant that I had to stay small and quiet. But gently, God gave me the conviction that I was just using this as an excuse to hide my light and bury my talent.
I began to feel a burden to reach other women who felt, like me, that they were not welcome to share their gifts.
And that they had no voice.
I felt God leading me to use my experiences to amplify the voices of Christian women. And it all made sense.
- The degree she earned in an ultra-conservative Bible College.
- Five years spent overcoming stage fright and creating video-based training.
- 20 years of experience in creating engaging and effective learning events for Fortune 50 companies.

Q. Will this take time?
A. Yes, it takes an investment of time to create a great course. There are other programs out there that take a lot less time to build a program, in fact, we offer a streamlined process if your course is just an online digital course. This program is not for that. This program is for creating those world-class learning experiences that change the lives of your audience. It will take time, but it is time well-spent!
Q. What if I don't feel confident?
A. It’s not uncommon to struggle with imposter syndrome. Lack of confidence is a bigger pandemic than covid-19 and it seems there’s not a vaccine for that just yet. When you join this program, you’ll have access to a leading instructional strategist who can help you evaluate the worth of your program and idea. By the time you’re complete, you should have the confidence to make very bold claims about your program--claims that are aligned with measurable outcomes.
Q. Do I have to be a Christian to participate?
A. No. While Kate is specifically drawn to working with Christian women (because of her experience and background), she's grateful for any opportunity to amplify the voice of any woman who shares values similar to her own.
